You must complete a Travel Declaration Form if you are travelling outside of the UK. It will be required from Monday 8th March 2021. The Declaration form for international travel is available in PDF and DOC format on the UK Govt. website. You can travel for work, volunteering, education, medical/compassionate grounds as well as weddings and funerals.
