The vehicle was travelling from Kallar Syedan to Dadyal to participate in Ban Sain Mela, when it lost control and met with an accident near Dhangali.
Rescue personnel shifted the deceased and injured to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQ) Dadyal.
Hospital officials have said that the condition of two of the injured is critical, and they have been referred to Rawalpindi.
It has been reported that the accident occurred due to brake failure. The vehicle was loaded with bulls, and the riders were going to participate in a bull race.
